Hi! I’m Keeley, the baker and designer behind Lovebug Cake Co., based right here in Framingham, Massachusetts.

My Story

I’ve been baking and decorating cakes for over a decade, but it wasn’t until I took a cake decorating class at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts that everything clicked. That experience sparked a deeper passion for the artistry, precision, and creativity behind truly beautiful cakes, and I’ve been honing my skills ever since.

What started as a creative outlet quickly became something more meaningful. Lovebug Cake Co. is named after my daughter, my Lovebug, who inspired me to finally turn that passion into something of my own.

Today, this business is where I get to bring that passion to life, creating cakes that feel just as special as the moments they’re made for.

My Specialty

I specialize in elegant, buttercream-forward designs that prioritize both visual impact and flavor. Every cake is made from scratch using premium high-quality ingredients, because I believe a cake should taste just as incredible as it looks. You won’t find fondant here—only thoughtfully crafted buttercream finishes designed to feel refined, modern, and completely edible.

My Curated Process

Each order is a collaborative process. I take the time to understand your vision and translate it into a design that feels elevated and personal. I take inspiration from the images and descriptions you provide to design something truly unique to you. I do not make Instagram or Pinterest duplicates.

Because I balance this business alongside a full-time career and family life, I intentionally limit the number of orders I accept each month. This allows me to give each order the time, care, and attention it deserves, and ensures that every order I take is one I’m genuinely excited to create.
